Return & Exchanges

Within 30 days from product shipping date, returns are valid for exchange, credit or refund.  All online returns purchased through shopfashionq.com must only be returned via mail. No online orders can be processed in store(s).

Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the day we receive the return for your account to be credited. All returns will be refunded to original payment method. Shipping payment is not applicable.

Returned items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and with all tags attached to the product. All returns must be accompanied with the return form and  a copy of the invoice received from purchase. Any items received not abiding by these stipulations will not guarantee a refund at the expense of the customer.

  • Swimsuits (Includes Both Tops & Bottoms)
  • Accessories (Includes Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Hats, & Purses
  • Sale or Discounted Items

Inside the package, we will send a return authorization form and a preprinted return label.  Please note that return label is not prepaid. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their purchases/returns.  Damaged, defective or wrong items delivered to customers will receive prepaid labels for their return and a full refund upon receiving the merchandise.


If you would like to make an exchange of size/color, write “Exchange” on the return form and the size/color you would like to exchange it for. If the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you 3-5 business after we receive the returned item.
