Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best.

We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

We're glad you're interested in joining our team! The best way to apply is to visit your desired store location in person and ask a team member for an application. This is also a great opportunity to see the store environment firsthand and introduce yourself to the management team.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Use our returns portal to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.

Yes. Start an exchange through the returns portal and select the item you’d like instead. Exchanges ship free of charge.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.

Most styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description.
